Leading by Example Track: Extending Your Contingent Workforce with Direct Sourcing, Talent Communities and Public Talent Clouds | Dallas B

Panelists: Teresa Creech, CEO, TalentWave and Marlee Silvestri, Contingent Workforce Program Manager, Snap Inc.
Moderator: Kieran Brady, COO, TalentWave

In today’s competitive talent market, many organizations are looking for a solution to safely and cost-effectively engage the extended contingent workforce beyond the traditional staffing agency supply chain. The resulting talent community includes known contractors, alumni, retirees, “silver medalists,” and an extended network of talent suppliers—such as public/private/subscribed talent clouds, and small service providers—all wrapped in a compliant and consistent management and engagement layer, and all operating within the existing contingent workforce managed program.

This case study discussion focus on how to deploy an enterprise-wide direct sourcing strategy centered around a talent community that includes both public and private talent clouds.

At TalentWave, she has built a team and a strategy to influence the independent workforce transformation.
