October 9-12 (Carlsbad, CA) – TalentWave will be presenting a thought leadership session at next week’s SIG Global Executive Summit in Carlsbad, California on Tuesday October 10th at 2:15-3:30 PST we’ll be leading an informative panel discussion on Extending your Contingent Workforce with Direct Sourcing, Talent Communities, and Online Talent Marketplaces.  Joining Sharon Markowski, VP Alliance, TalentWave, will be Rich Gardner, VP of Strategic Partnerships, from Catalant.

Sharon Markowski – Vice President, Alliances with TalentWave
Sharon Markowski, has 28 years of experience in the Contingent Work space, with an emphasis on contingent management and compliance solutions. She strives to maximize programs to transform from them from good to “best in class”.  She is an expert at developing strong industry partnerships to leverage combined strengths to foster growth and enhanced value to the clients she serves.

Prior to joining TalentWave, Sharon held leadership positions driving managed services provider (MSP) for two of the staffing industry’s largest companies.

Sharon is an (SIA) Certified Contingent Workforce Professional. She has a BS Degree in Marketing from East Carolina University.

Sloan McCauley  – Strategic Partnerships, with Catalant
Sloan has over 10 years of experience in building partnership strategies and teams within a variety of software & technology service provider organizations. Throughout her time in the technology space she been acutely focused on enabling customers & partners to adopt digital innovation to increase scale & efficiency in their everyday functions.

In her role at Catalant Technologies, as Director of Strategic Partnerships, Sloan is focused on incorporating the value of on-demand talent into the programs & systems of enterprise customers. Her work is largely focused on building collaborative relationships with the other talent ecosystem players, like MSPS, VMS & Compliance providers, to maximize program design.
