Who is TalentWave?
Welcome
We’re so glad to meet you. The company that referred you to us recognizes how unique you are and we do too.
We value you for your deep expertise and flexibility. Your desire to think outside the box and follow your passion from project to project make you an essential part of today’s growing contingent workforce.
Depending on what client you’re engaged with through TalentWave, we may be either your Agent of Record (AOR) or Employer of Record (EOR). This means you are either an independent contractor who is paid as a business and may receive a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes or a payrolled employee who receives a W-2 at the end of the year for tax purposes. Read more about the differences between 1099 contracting or W-2 employment.
Here to make your job easier
Never been a flexible worker before? Worried it might mean you’ll fall through the cracks?
Don’t be. TalentWave is here to help. Working with us should be seamless. We take care of all the little details so that you can enjoy the freedom of working at a job you love.
We ensure the many rules and regulations surrounding contracting are followed. If we’re acting as your AOR or EOR, we handle your timecards, invoices and/or paperwork through a transparent online system that you can access. Most importantly, we work hard to get you paid correctly and on time!
