Staffing Industry Analysts, the leading global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has included Teresa Creech, Head WaveMaker and CEO of TalentWave, in its 2018 list of Global Power – 150 Women in Staffing. The list features the most influential women in staffing industries who have helped to shape the fast-evolving world of work. In prior years, the list was made up of 100 female leaders worldwide. This year, 150 women are included as influencers in the global talent marketplace.
Ms. Creech has been a part of this prestigious group every year since its inception. Additionally, in 2017, she was given special recognition of being a part of the Staffing 100 Hall of Fame – a list that honors individuals who have been on the Staffing 100 list for five years.
“Around the globe the fight to increase female representation continues as women are outnumbered in leadership positions, boardrooms and the upper echelons of business. While women dominate the staffing industry at branch-level, this is not reflected in our C-suites,” said Subadhra Sriram, Editor & Publisher, Media Products at SIA
This distinguished acknowledgement validates Ms. Creech’s passion and aptitude for solving complex talent challenges. With over 20 years of experience in human capital management, Creech is responsible for raising the bar while driving pivotal results as the CEO of TalentWave.
