Industry Veterans Jim Hanrahan and Jennifer Spicher Add to Company’s Ability to Meet Increased Demand for Independent Workforce Solutions

Foster City, Calif. – November 16, 2017 – TalentWave, the industry’s leading independent workforce engagement solutions provider, announced it has made two key additions to its executive team as it continues to experience aggressive growth. Joining the company’s senior leadership are Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jim Hanrahan, and Executive Vice President of Sales, Jennifer Spicher.

As CFO, Hanrahan will oversee all areas of TalentWave’s finance, accounting, human resources, and other corporate functions, and will be based out of its Denver office. As EVP of Sales, Spicher will direct and execute the company’s sales operations, with a focus on continuing to further develop opportunities with its alliance partners in the MSP, VMS and talent cloud ecosystem.

Prior to joining TalentWave, Hanrahan’s 20-year human capital career spanned several executive financial and operating positions, including key roles in a number of acquisitions and subsequent integrations. As EVP and CFO of Bartech Group, he worked with the management team that grew and completed a successful sale of the company to Impellam North America. He then served as President and COO of the two combined organizations and led their integration efforts. Prior to Bartech, Hanrahan held a variety of management positions at CDI Corporation, a publicly held company with more than $1 billion in revenue.

Spicher comes to TalentWave with extensive experience developing highly complex customer solutions along with a wide network of proven, successful partnerships. She joined Kelly OCG in 2009, and most recently served as the Vice President of Global Solutions. In this role, she led a team of solution sales experts and was responsible for continued company growth in each of the solutions that Kelly offers. Prior to Kelly, Spicher served as Vice President for the Bartech Group, and also held positions as Market Director at KForce and Regional Director for MSX International, a global provider of contingent workforce solutions.
